Outstanding graphic Richard! I am always intrigued with working with leaders from different cultures. I learned a great deal working with a group of Japanese managers who valued only what I had to say and less about the group’s ideas and suggestions. I came to learn that they saw me as the true expect rather than the participants in the workshop.
It is always helpful to think about the different leadership values of the many cultures we connect with.
